King Charlotte Completion

This video was created to showcase the King Charlotte project timeline from start to completion. King Charlotte is a $90 million 32-storey high-rise exclusive condominium tower in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment district. This high modernist tower was designed by Peter Clewes of architects Alliance and developed by renowned developer Brad J Lamb.

The rapid and lively rhythm soundtrack, bold modern typography and gradient graphic elements all together make positive bright colourful video yet with modern stylish minimalistic vibe.

The Brant Park Completion

This video was created to showcase The Brant Park project timeline from start to completion. The Brant Park is a 11-storey, 243 unit condo development, located on the northeast corner of Adelaide Street West and Brant Street in downtown Toronto across from St. Andrews Park. The Brant Park offers a strong nod to the 60’s modernist architectural movement. The organized simplicity of the building provides a new bold style to the King Street West neighbourhood – an eclectic mix of old and new. Its crisp, clean lines betray an essence of orderly, a place where beautiful monotony can exist. This condominium apartment project is a collaboration between Lamb Development Corporation and Fortress Real Developments.
