This conceptual branding redesign focuses on maintaining The Running Room’s commitment to the joy and science of running; and to the promotion of an active and healthy lifestyle.
The logo image of a lone runner in motion relates to the brand’s primary purpose, and to its focus on customized individual service. The image is in silhouette to quickly and cleanly communicate the brand’s theme and assist the viewer’s ability to vicariously identify with it. The logo text is executed in a sans-serif, italicized, and structurally uniform typeface, to relay speed, strength, stability, and precision. Rounded character corners keep the eye thematically in motion.
Asymmetrical, geometric shapes make up the background to reinforce the sense of motion, dynamism, and science. Vibrant citrus colours of orange, and yellow, with hints of green, communicate health, energy, and vitality.
